Planning & Design services – Spaghetti Construction offer a full planning and design service. We can offer advice on projects, assessments and surveys, a full planning service including architectural drawings, 3D imagery, structural calculations and interior designs. Spaghetti construction can submit planning applications on your behalf as well as assisting in the submission of planning applications, we can also liaise with local authorities to ensure that building regulations are met. New Builds - Our specialist in-house team is able to undertake the full range of development activities. We use modern construction methods, including sustainable and green materials. Extensions – All our extensions are available with a 10 year National Register of Warranted Builders & Federation of Master Builders backed warranties, we are proud to be a member of the NRWB and are one of only two companies in Sheffield currently able to offer this warranty.

Structural alterations – We are well versed in structural works & have completed several large structural alteration works to some of Sheffield’s schools & public buildings.
Barn Conversions & restoration projects - We have worked on several grade 2 listed properties ensuring that the requirements of both the client and the planning officer have been met.

DDA Audits & associated works - We have experienced and trained auditors & operatives to carry out DDA audits to advise and plan various adaptations work, from bathroom adaptations, to access ramps and visual door bell alerts etc. We have carried out numerous DDA works for clients including the NHS Prime Care Trust, Sheffield City Council, Kier & Domestic Clients.
